Tim's propulsion expertise includes the design, analysis, construction, and testing of space programs, including Space Shuttles, Mars missions, Stardust, Juno, Orion Capsule, Challenger return-to-flight, and communication satellites. With over 30 years as Director of Engineering at Lockheed Martin, and 8 years as Chief Engineer at Ball Aerospace, Tim led National Intelligence units as a Navy Reservist for 24 years, and retired as a Captain (O6), with deep insight into strategic asset data sets.
With 44 years in aerospace, Dr. Roger McNamara has orbital debris research, space vehicle design, and human deep-space exploration. He led NASA's historic Orion Exploration Flight Test-1 and managed key commercial and DOD programs. A 46-year AIAA member, he has earned numerous awards and supports aerospace education through lectures and research at the University of Colorado. Dr. McNamara holds Aeronautical and Aerospace Engineering degrees from Embry-Riddle and the University of Colorado.
